Disney on Ice

We decided to surprise the kids with Disney on Ice tickets this year because it featured CARS which is a fundamental love in our family. We went with some of our best friends, the Burtons. We have raised our kids together and are now working on raising our husbands. Just kidding it is probably Chard and I that need to grow up. Hee hee hee. The CARS were so cute. They moved their eyes and mouths and everything!
Trace was so sweet. Summy wanted to sit on his lap and he just let her even though she kept squishing him.
Summer was HILARIOUS! She was clapping so hard her cheeks were shaking! She kept yelling"OOOOH"', and "YAY" and danced to EVERY song. I think Mike and I were entertained more by her than the show. Seriously!
Everett was so captivated he wouldn't even take his eyes of the ice long enough to take a picture. Oh yeah, for those of you who don't Facebook, I went PLATINUM with my hair. I had planned on waiting for summer but since spring doesn't seem to want to come I did it early. :)

I am so lucky to have my family. We laugh so much together sometimes I feel like we aren't really parents. Parenting isn't supposed to be this much fun is it?

Everett, Oakley, Summer, Tracy and Deacon may as well be related. We spend most Sundays and holidays together. We are blessed to have such wonderful friends with whom we can vent, laugh, and navigate through this crazy time in our lives. Love you guys! Mmmmwah!

Brigham City Train Station

Before the weather became too terribly cold I took the kids to these AMAZING photographers in Brigham City for a fun little photo shoot. We shot it at the old train station which was , of course, HEAVEN for my little men.

Oh I love my babies!
This graffiti was FANTASTIC! Thank you juvenile delinquents for making this such a great location.
Don't be fooled by this sweet face. Summy can definitely HOLD HER OWN! And, even if she couldn't, her big brothers are VERY protective!

Hello there big blue eyes! I hope she uses their power for good and not evil.
Awwwww! Enough said. Seriously though I love watching their relationship develop. It's a complicated one with wrestling, laughing, arguing, crime-fighting and late night talking to say the least. I hope they stay best buddies as they grow up.
My handsome Trace is growing up WAY too fast!!! He is the best big brother and such a fabulous helper.
The boys were total hams during the photo shoot. They have NEVER been so excited to have their pictures taken. I don't know if it was the trains, the cute girl photographers or just that they are becoming camera hams like their parents.
Look out Abercrombie!

Was it worth the drive? I definitely think so. :)
